The delegation of the Udmurt Republic arrived in the Republic of Belarus with a business mission. Headed by the Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Udmurt Republic Mikhail Khomich, the delegation included representatives of 7 enterprises.
On the day of their arrival, meetings with the Trade Representative of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Belarus were arranged for the organizations by Konstantin Artiushyn. During those meetings, the business mission participants were told about the intricacies of doing business with Belarusian partners, and about the possibilities of the Trade Mission of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Belarus if Russian companies enter the Belarusian market.
On the second day of the business mission of the Udmurt Republic to the Republic of Belarus, more than 20 meetings were held with the authorities and enterprises of the Republic of Belarus.
The talks were held at the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Belarus, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus, and the Bellegprom Concern. The enterprises of the Republic met with the managers of the Belarusian Railway, the Minsk Metro, the Minsk Dairy Factory No. 1, and the largest Belarusian retail chains Euroopt, Hippo, Krona and the management company of the Amkodor Holding.
Within the framework of meetings with the authorities of the Republic of Belarus, agreements on mutual cooperation of regions and enterprises were reached. The supply of products of Udmurt companies to specific enterprises of the Republic of Belarus and the possibility of opening joint ventures were discussed.
At the third day of the business forum "Republic of Belarus — Udmurt Republic", the Belarusian enterprises were presented with the export and investment potential of the Udmurt Republic in the context of the paradigm "Udmurtia — Part of the Global World"; business matchmaking session, which was attended by 60 Belarusian enterprises, was also held.
The final day was spent by the delegation in Bobruysk, presenting its products on the exchange of contracts.
